Ингредиенты: 2 яблока, 1 груша, 1 айва, 2 персика, 100 г абрикосов, 50 г черноплодной рябины, 50 г черной смородины, сахар по вкусу. Как приготовить компот «Последний аромат лета»: яблоки, грушу и айву вымыть, удалить сердцевину, нарезать дольками. Персики и абрикосы вымыть, разделить на половинки, удалить косточки. Черноплодную рябину и черную смородину вымыть. Яблоки, грушу, айву и черноплодную рябину залить 0,8 л воды, довести до кипения, варить в течении 5 мин, добавить персики, абрикосы, черную смородину. Варить 10 мин, положить сахар, перемешать. Компот «Последний аромат лета» остудить и разлить по стаканам. Можно пробовать. Вкуснотища!
